Objective: Strengthening gender equality and gender mainstreaming mechanisms in local self-governments.

Tasks:

. Strengthening the gender equality platform in the association and creating ATOA’s gender equality strategy.

. Developing guideline manuals for gender equality action plans for Georgian municipalities.

. Advocating for their accession to the “European Charter for Equality of Women and Men in Local Life”.
